"As a child you would find a hair brush and makeup set in my purse! My passion for hair continued into adulthood when I decided to go to Marvel College, one of Edmonton's local beauty academies. I worked in a small hair studio in St. Albert for a few years and enjoyed my time learning and growing as a stylist. I decided to continue my university education, while styling part time, to get my Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in management. After having my first child Austin, I decided to follow my dreams of opening a hair & beauty boutique here in my hometown! With the support of my husband, Greg, my business dreams and goals became a reality!
Experiencing the covid-19 pandemic and personal traumas took a toll on my overall health. The stress triggered symptoms of an autoimmune disease, which affected my joints, mood, and skin. After extensive research and doctors appointment, I decided to train as a professional medical esthetician through a local academy. Now, I have a wealth of knowledge of products and services available in today's market. It is my goal to help other suffering and to receive safe relaxing treatments.
Today, I manage the salon and spa and have two young kids, Luna (7) and Austin (9). Life is busy and coming to work is a relaxing retreat. Outside of the salon, I love teaming up with beauty professionals to work on fashion editorials, weddings, professional development classes and photo shoots. Some of my hobbies include traveling, researching the next trend, interior decorating, yoga, biking, cooking and simply hanging out with the fam. With over 18 years of professional experience, I absolutely love what I do! I can't wait to meet you!" - Steph

"Hi, I'm Rosie. I am a mama of two boys. I started hair during my high school years as an assistant and then became a stylist in 2006.
I've had a few different career paths and have enjoyed traveling, but have always come back to hair! I love making people's day by transforming their hair and making them feel good. It's fun to meet so many different people.
Between working at Mint and working with my husband at our restaurant, Bündok, I sure keep busy! Fun fact, Steph (owner) and I have been friends since grade 4!

"Hi! I'm Liessa! I graduated from MC College where I completed the hair and makeup program. After graduating I was looking for a salon where I felt comfortable, somewhere I could learn and grow my skills, Mint was a perfect fit!
I grew up around salon life and have always had a passion for the beauty industry. As a little girl I loved giving my dolls mini makeovers.

"Hi, I’m Vichara! Ever since I was a young girl I have always had an interest in doing all things hair. Right when I graduated high school it was no question that I would attend Marvel College to complete my training and earn my journeyman certificate. I have been in this industry since 2009.
I have continued to invest in many educational courses to stay on top of the latest trends. Travelling to different cities has given me the opportunity to learn from some of the greatest mentors that I look up to as a stylist. Doing so has inspired me to share what I’ve learnt with all of you. I have a passion to create cuts and colours that compliments your complexion, personality and style. Not only do I enjoy making people look good but it also gives me great satisfaction when I can make one feel beautiful and confident. In addition, I want to make your time with me a pleasant and relaxing break in your day.
Outside of the salon most of my time is spent with my husband, baby Isla and fur baby Roman. I also love reading, cooking and yoga. I love to do my little sisters hair and makeup for all occasions- she’s my little guinea pig haha! I went to Eveline Charles academy at 15 and got certified in a lash extensions course and makeup artistry.
I would take clients after class and fill up my nights spending time with lovely gals 🤍 after I graduated high school I took a few months off with my boyfriend and we travelled the east coast of Australia. Stopping at surf towns and eating yummy vegan food. I began hair school shortly after and have been doing hair ever since! It’s been a wonderful 2 years of doing hair now and I am grateful to be pursuing my passion and be supported by a wonderful team and all of my clients, friends, and family.
I love coloring hair- especially low maintenance lived in colors, platinums, color corrections, and vivid colors.

I decided to take cosmetology as an option in high school and absolutely fell in love with the beauty industry. Once I graduated in 2021, I attended MC College to become a fully certified esthetician! After a year of doing esthetics, I wanted more education, but in hairstyling! I became super passionate about hairstyling while going to school at Hair Inc Academy. My favourite services are: lash extensions, brow sculpting / tinting, and natural hair colouring! I love a challenge and keeping up with current trends and techniques! My skills range from women and children cuts, low maintenance colours, challenging hair styles and men's cuts.
I have taken a few years away from work to become a mama to my beautiful daughter. We have spent the last couple years enjoying time with family / friends, going for daily walks, with our two big fur babies, camping and shopping.
